Because being tagged is a matter of decency.

I got tagged by idioticonion!

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next 4-7 sentences on your LJ along with these instructions.
5. Don't you dare dig for that "cool" or "intellectual" book in your closet! I know you were thinking about it! Just pick up whatever is closest (unless it's too troublesome to reach and is really heavy. Then go back to step 1).
6. Tag five people.

"Wählen Sie unter VORGABE den Eintrag HDV 1080 25. Die Kompositionsgröße wird mit 1440x1080 angezeigt. Bestätigen Sie den Dialog mit OK. Ziehen Sie die Photoshop-Datei in die Zeitleiste. Siehe da – die Datei passt, obwohl Ihre Framegröße 1920x1080 beträgt."

— Adobe After Effects CS4 – Philippe Fontaine (German Edition)

… now wasn't THAT interesting!? :D Tag time: helena87 purely_distel nonadodson jessie_ohki insertyourname DECENCY!!

Yeah. And please stop asking me what I want for my birthday. :< I lack the positive vibes to even think about that day at the moment. (Cookies and fiction always do the job, though. And declarations of love. … in the form of cookies.)

5, 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, end.

I type weird entries on my phone.

And I am dying for some inspiration right now – but all my brain is offering me is literally a headache.

But! I am still wondering: Do numbers like 15, 25, 35 etc have a meaning in countries, that are not using the metric system? See, especially with birthdays, you have the one when you grow out of age (18) that's "big", the next one is your 20th, and the next one equal to that would be your 30th – but we also tend to celebrate birthdays/anniversaries with a 5 in it big time. Is that because of the metric system or is that common in other cultures, too?

I cannot recall any mention in pop culture, which addresses this in some way, so my best guess was that it doesn't matter, at least not in the States…?

Any opinions? This is driving me crazy.

… well, yes, I have some spare time for a change. What gave it away?

This just in!

"Stop whining, move on.".

Ah, yeah, I get it. But don't pretend that you were capable of proper judgement. Because, News Flash! You are not! :D Isn't that awesome information?!

Anyway! What's everyone been up to? I haven't been keeping track so well of LJ since April. Or of any of my shows.

I'm still three episodes behind on HIMYM, and I've stopped watching Community and 30 Rock at some point for some yet unknown reason. None of my shows have been entertaining lately anyway. Well, except for Castle. And Glee. Because it had NPH.

… that's all I got.

Topeka, my ass.

Among a few decent April Fool's pranks, such as YouTube's TEXTp option (pick TEXTp as resolution for any YT video and see typography magic happen! It won't work on the Shoe Fairy clip, though.), and people trying to spread the fake "NPH as Riddler in the next Batman movie" poster as a prank, when it has been around for weeks, I came across this obvious prank, which put a huge smile on my face for so many reasons.

Here is a hint:

And now, have a little rant about last night's Modern Family.

Gah! Why isn't Glee back yet? D8
NPH - Bitch please.

It's just too easy to be annoyed at other people's lives.

Oh, look: It's a public entry! :D

As I don't feel like adding just any random strangers anymore (especially if their LJ activity seems odd to me), I thought that I might as well go back to writing public entries – at least on fandom-related topics. So, helloo~o, strangers! *waves*

Basically, I have been working all weekend, and I am now taking a break to rant about what involves only awesome people and events, and yet made my tummy throw up–– inside my tummy.

Apparently, CBS asked Conan O'Brien to host the Tony Awards in June.

More joyful I find the news, however, that Sofia Vergara has been casted to play NPH's wife in the Smurfs movie. (That leaves Jayma Mays to play…?) And that's just steak saucely awesome. They could probably leave out the Smurfs and it would be the greatest film ever made.
